How do I scan non-public systems?
You can download the gateway and install it where you want to perform the scans. Then, perform the security configurations once and create the scan.
How do I pay for the service?
After registering, you can directly book IP addresses and pay securely with your credit card. If you prefer to purchase on account and plan to acquire at least 250 IP addresses, please contact our sales team.
How frequently is the vulnerability database updated?
We update the security tests at least once a day. In urgent cases, updates can occur multiple times a day.
How do I perform updates?
