General guidelines:
If, for whatever reason, the seminar does not take place, the registration fee already paid will be refunded. Further claims of registered participants are excluded.
If the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, we reserve the right to postpone the seminar to another date or, if necessary, to cancel it. In this case you will be informed by us 14 days before the start of the training.
As the number of participants is limited, the order in which registrations are received is decisive. Legal action is excluded. You will receive an electronic confirmation of the booked training at least 14 days before the start with
detailed information about the course you have booked.
Fees
All charges are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes in the country where the training is provided. The training fees for courses that are conducted include the use of the training systems, corresponding training documents
as well as a virtual appliance that may be used by the participant for demonstration purposes after the course.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to us in written or electronic form. If a cancellation is received up to 14 days before the start of the course, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation is received by us up to 7 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the course fees. After that we will charge the full amount. Of course you can, instead of cancelling, name another participant. Furthermore, Greenbone can cancel the training 14 days in advance.
In case of cancellation on our part, due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. accident, illness of the instructor) the liability is limited to the refund of the course fees.
Terms of payment
All prices quoted are exclusive of legal VAT and are to be paid without deductions immediately after invoicing.
