If you invest in something, you have to be able to plan. That’s why we provide a spare-parts guarantee for our GSM hardware throughout the entire contract. We will replace defective devices free of charge.* We will replace older devices with the latest generation of the same class at the end of their life cycle. Migration is easy with upgrade paths (included) – and even that is guaranteed.

* for active subscribers

A generation´s life cycle only ends when:

  • the following generation has been available for at least one year and,
  • a flash upgrade is available,
  • instructions are available for updating and migrating.
 

Secure Disposal

Your data is confidential even when you dispose of it!

Our service:

  • exchange of defective storage media
  • certified destruction of storage media
  • disposal in Germany
  • if you prefer, you can also dispose of media yourself

We purposely do not take advantage of guarantees from storage-media manufacturers.

That way we can be sure that your defective storage media (hard drive, SSD, USB stick) will be destroyed in Germany according to certified processes.

You can also dispose of hardware yourself, if you wish. We will replace it in either case.
