Greenbone is the world’s most trusted provider of open source vulnerability management. Our core competence is the development of algorithms and programs that detect vulnerabilities in our customers’ IT systems before an attacker can exploit them. Greenbone was founded in 2008 and has been converted into a stock company in 2023. We protect the digital assets of over 1,000 customers with over 100,000 installations wherever there is IT.
Our database contains over one hundred thousand security reports and a wealth of other information that contributes to an accurate risk assessment of IT systems. Customers benefit from automated security tests and daily updates in a subscription model. Quality, security and sustainability are particularly important to us. That is why we have been ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified since 2021 and ISO 14001 certified since 2024.
